Delayed arrival and departure

What happens when flights are grounded or a road is blocked.

There is no charge for delays to arrival or departure caused by bad weather disrupting flights, or by road blocks. The cost of food, accommodation, transport and anything else incurred during the delay is borne by the traveller.
