Cancellations
Tours booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to the following charges.
- More than 45 days before the start of the programme: no charge
- Within 30 days: 10% of the rate
- Within 21 days: 15% of the rate
- Within 15 days: 30% of the rate
- Less than 10 days, or without notice: 50% of the rate
- After arrival in Bhutan: 100%
